The building consists of two sections. One section has four levels (basement, ground floor, first floor and second floor). The second section has two levels (basement and ground floor).
There is one main entrance to the building, clearly marked with a large sign above the entrance. The entrance is wide, fully glazed, step-free and equipped with automatic doors. An open-grid entrance mat with 3 cm openings is installed in front of the entrance. A wireless bell connected to the reception desk is located at the main entrance.
Please note that the paving outside the entrance may become slippery after rainfall.

Internal Circulation
The building has two staircases. All staircases can be bypassed by using lifts.
The lift control panels feature large buttons with Braille markings. The lifts do not provide voice announcements but include operating instructions.
The staircases are wide and equipped with handrails on one side only. The first and last steps are not marked with contrasting strips.
The staircases do not include Braille floor identification.
The building also includes an enclosed terrace on the ground floor, which contains a raised platform without steps or a ramp.

The building does not have a cloakroom.
The reception desk is clearly visible from the entrance; however, the reception counter is positioned at a height that may not be accessible for some wheelchair users.
There is no directory board displaying room numbers.
The building provides three accessible toilets: two on the ground floor and one in the basement. They are marked with accessibility pictograms but are not equipped with emergency alarm systems.
The rooms are well lit.
Many internal doors are access-controlled and require magnetic key cards. Some are heavy fire doors fitted with self-closing mechanisms, which may present difficulties for people with disabilities.

The building is equipped with an evacuation chair for use on staircases.
An audible fire alarm system is installed on every floor.
