Bjørn Stensaker

Bjørn Stensaker is a Full Professor in Higher Education at the Faculty of Educational Science at the University of Oslo. He holds a PhD from the University of Twente on organisational transformations in higher education institutions. Bjørn is a specialist in studies of policy development, reforms and organisational changes in higher education. He is also a research professor at the Nordic Institute for Innovation, Research and Education, as well as a research associate at the Centre for Higher Education Transformations at the University of Bristol.
