Ewelina Wilska is the Administrative Manager at IAS@NCU. She combines many years of experience in university administration and managerial work with an academic background in management studies.
She holds a PhD in management. Her doctoral dissertation focused on talent management, which strengthens her practical approach to organising work, supporting teams, and building effective institutional processes.
In her work, she focuses on creating stable organisational conditions for research. She coordinates administrative, project-related, financial, HR, and formal processes. She also supports institutional development and the effective functioning of academic initiatives.
Academic administration is not only the background of an institution. It is an important part of its organisational culture, helping ambitious academic ideas move from concept to implementation.
